Whether it be carving spoons, weaving baskets, concocting wild medicines, listening to stories around the fire—when we practice old ways we remember that we belong and that there is great purpose to our lives.

Community AcupunctureAcupuncture has been around for over 2,500 years, and is traditionally always done in a group setting! You can choose to lay down or sit comfortably to receive an effective and quick treatment for your personal health concerns. Community acupuncture lowers the barrier to trying this extremely effective healing modality. People often lightly fall asleep or experience peace and warmth. Only easily accessible areas of the body -hands, feet, arms, etc. will be used -these areas are quite effective for treating all complaints - whether it’s hand pain, back pain, digestive, women’s health, stress/anxiety, immune system issues and more. Each personal session is about 20 minutes. Join acupuncturist Victoria Branson this year for a health boost! $30 First Wednesday of each month Wednesday March 5 Drop in anytime between 6-7:30pm Coming soon again! email [email protected] for questions. All voices -anyone of any age- is welcome at our song circle. Songs are shared that are simple, easy to learn and memorize, and then all sung together, sometimes with layering harmonies and different parts! No experience is necessary. This is an inclusive, brave space for us all to learn and grow in!
We sing together for the purpose of singing, and not to perform. Together, we come home to ourselves and one of the oldest ways of being in community. Depending on the weather we will either be in the studio or around the fire!

Cranky Class
for adults!
This is not a class about being cranky, or crabbie, or anything of the sort!
A Cranky is a type of light show- a story on a scroll told through images or puppets or music, seen through a viewing window. Similar "moving picture" types of storytelling have been around for centuries, all around the world. The world of the Cranky is still being expanded today, with Cranky Festivals popping up across the world and new ideas being used all the time.

"The workshop was so great and amazing- how much I learned from Monique, from the knowledge to her respectfulness to the nature. It was definitely one of the most memorable moment in my life. She made this experience so engaging and approachable for everyone. Thank you again for bringing everyone together and creating a great memory for us!" -Ya-Ching Hsieh
"Everything from the workshop was valuable, but actually how we strangers met with one another and become friends at the end of the session was most" -Anonymous Participant
"The most valuable thing from this class for me was a sense of accomplishment. Many of the things I had never done before. And being able to successfully do those things made me have a greater sense of confidence in what I can do." -Anonymous Participant
