Cranky Classfor adults!
This is not a class about being cranky, or crabbie, or anything of the sort!
A Cranky is a type of light show- a story on a scroll told through images or puppets or music, seen through a viewing window. Similar "moving picture" types of storytelling have been around for centuries, all around the world. The world of the Cranky is still being expanded today, with Cranky Festivals popping up across the world and new ideas being used all the time. 4 weeks, Thursday's 6-9pm January 9-30, 2024 For Ages 18+ No Experience Necessary! more info here! |
"The workshop was so great and amazing- how much I learned from Monique, from the knowledge to her respectfulness to the nature. It was definitely one of the most memorable moment in my life. She made this experience so engaging and approachable for everyone. Thank you again for bringing everyone together and creating a great memory for us!" -Ya-Ching Hsieh
"Everything from the workshop was valuable, but actually how we strangers met with one another and become friends at the end of the session was most" -Anonymous Participant
"The most valuable thing from this class for me was a sense of accomplishment. Many of the things I had never done before. And being able to successfully do those things made me have a greater sense of confidence in what I can do." -Anonymous Participant
