Chickadee Programs
When a young girl joins Chickadees, she is joining a family of nature lovers, of adventurers, of creative makers. She will have a place to belong and be herself. She will find out who she is deep down inside her soul. She'll grow and expand and support others in doing so as well. She will get to experience the wonders of nature and the satisfaction of making crafts and art with her own hands. She joins a lineage of older girls and women who have challenged themselves in similar ways and are cultivating themselves as mentors as they share their stories and crafts.

Chickadees in Summer
A WHOLE WEEK OF NATURE, ART, AND CRAFT WITH FRIENDS NEW AND OLD!
Chickadee Camps are special -anyone who's been a part of them knows! It's hard to put words to it -but there's a sense of belonging and support that is different than in other spaces.
Our summer camps are a fun combination of forest play and folk craft. We offer lots of activities to choose from each day, and always make sure to spend time in the deep forest, having fires for lunch and working in other nature play and challenge!

ages 6-13yrs July 14-18, 2025 10am-3pm ages 6-13yrs Cost: $280-$350 sliding scale* Register Here *A note on our Sliding Scale Fees: We offer the sliding scale as a means of allowing you to self-scholarship, as needed. We leave it entirely up to you to select your point on the scale, and ask you to recognize that the true cost of running the program is approximately in the middle. We count on your integrity in selecting your rate: when you choose a higher amount, you are making it possible for someone of lesser means to pay a lower tuition. In this way, we are working together to help keep the program more affordable.
